Leeds Philharmonic – 2nd Christmas Carol Competition
Congratulations – We have a winner – Cradle Song by Chris Artley
Thank you everybody who sent in an entry – we were blown away by the quality of the submssions – 76 were received in all. 10 passed through the first sift and the final decision was a very tough one for the judges. There were 4 judges in all and all were unaware of the real authors names – thus we were astounded to find Chris had won it again. He won the first competition in 2017. We are now settling to quickly learn it in time for it’s first performance on Thursday 19th Dec – at the Leeds Lord Mayors Carol Service. do come and hear it if you can.
